It is nice that we get the service package that we paid for quick and seemingly efficiently, but if we can be let known of some details that are found or what is being done or checked, I would be more appreciative of it.

Fast and courteous

For a loyal customer who has bought his last three vehicles from Lewis Chevrolet, I thought the price of an oil change was exceptionally high. The only redeeming factor for this experience was visiting with Sales Professional Jim Weatherred. I will probably price around before returning.

We took our car in on Friday with the knowlege that it would not be worked on until Wednesday. It barely ran so we were dropping it off and then planned to get a rental for a few days. When we took it in they said they would try to get a chance to look at it later that day and then call us. Later they called us and told us what they found and what it was estimated to cost. They finished it the next day and we were able to pick it up late morning. THAT IS SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was able to get the day and time l wanted in short notice. The girl that made the appointment was very nice. The shop manager was professional, polite and kept me informed on what they were doing. Didn’t seem like it took very long to flush the engine out, change oil, filters and rotate the tires. Very pleased with their service and would recommend Garden City Lewis to anyone.

They are very accommodating and courteous. They help me go through the whole process without pressuring me to decide quickly. I felt like what I bought is the right decision I make with no regrets. It was a nice purchase experience overall.

Definitely enjoyed my experience with the Lewis Chevy dealership especially working with Sam!
